• Pick up hours are a privilege that we extend to our customers. Hours may change day to day without warning.

• No refunds or exchanges—However, we work with our clients to find the perfect fit for your skincare routine. If you are an established client, we will accept possible returns or exchanges depending on the circumstance.

• You must give 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. We charge a 50% same day cancelation fee.

• If you no-call, no-show an appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of the service cost or you will not longer be accepted back as a client.

• Many factors in clearing your skin are beyond my control but within yours.

• We are on a schedule. So please—if you arrive early for your appointment, wait in your car so you don't interrupt someone's service or cut into our prep time.

• Skin By Molly M. is a private business. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone disrespectful, offensive, dishonest, or acting inappropriately.
